Packaging Details
Cardboard packaging:
This is one of the most common packaging methods. The sofa is placed in a sturdy cardboard box, and the size of the box is determined based on the size and shape of the sofa. Each part of the sofa is appropriately filled and protected to prevent damage during transportation.
Plastic bag packaging:
The sofa is first wrapped in a plastic bag to prevent dust, moisture, and other external substances from entering. Then, suitable padding materials are used to protect each part of the sofa, and it is sealed with tape.
Felt packaging:
Felt is a soft and durable material commonly used for sofa packaging. Each part of the sofa is wrapped in felt and then secured together with ropes or tapes to provide additional protection.
Wooden crate packaging:
For particularly large or heavy sofas, wooden crates may be used for packaging. The sofa is placed in a specially designed wooden box, and the box is filled with appropriate padding and support to ensure the stability and safety of the sofa during transportation.
Note: The above are the common packaging methods we use. The specific packaging method may vary depending on the product or customer requirements.
